Please use the form below to begin the registration process for the FPTA statewide audition. 

 

Clicking submit will take you to payment portal, once payment is collected, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique link to secure your audition time slot.

 

In following your unique link, you will be prompted to submit your contact information, résumé and headshot, then choose an audition date and time.

You will not be able to register for an audition time slot without submitting payment.
