REGISTRATION OPTION 1: Follow all four of the easy steps below to finalize your online application: Use the online application to register for an audition time, workshops, and one of the Ask FPTA Networking Lunch Discussions.
Step 1 for Online Application: FPTA encourages you to download and print this one-page FPTA 2011 Registration Summary Sheet, especially if you decide to register for some of the other professional activities we have planned for you throughout May 21-23 -- access the summary sheet here.
Once printed, you can use this summary sheet as your hard-copy reference to track what you did register for using the online application, especially if you do register for workshops and the Ask FPTA discussion lunches. You'll also use it to calculate your final FPTA 2011 fee payment, if applicable to you.
Step 2 for Online Application: Once you have your FPTA 2011 Registration Summary Sheet printed, go here to access our comprehensive online application to register for an audition time, workshops, or one of the Ask FPTA lunches.
Step 3 for Online Application: E-mail your one-page, letter-size professional acting resume and your other professional theatre resumes (the job categories you checked on the online application), if applicable to you, in either a Word or PDF format to info@fpta.net.
Step 4 for Online Application: If what you registered for requires a fee, your requests for an audition, workshops, or participation in one of the Ask FPTA lunches will only be processed once FPTA receives your payment. If you did register for more than just an audition time, you should have already figured out what your final FPTA 2011 fee payment will be if you used the Summary Sheet. Go here to payment options.
REGISTRATION OPTION 2: Access here a FPTA 2011 Comprehensive Application to print; and once completed, mail it along with your payment and resume(s) to
FPTA Post Office Box 2922 West Palm Beach, Florida 33402-2922
