take workshops, or participate in one of the ASK FPTA lunch

You'll access our online application; complete the sections
applicable to your specific requests; and submit it online.
b. Pay online using PayPal. After you complete the online
application, please click here to access online payment
options using Pay Pal.
c. E-mail us your ONE-PAGE, letter-size professional acting
resume to FPTA2000@aol.com. Please do not send us your
photograph via e-mail as an attachment. Photographs
take up way too much space on our computer. We'll
collect your headshot when we see you at the auditions.
OPTION 2: PRINT AND MAIL APPLICATION

b. Print the application; complete the sections applicable
to your needs.
c. Attach the required support materials to application,
including your check in the appropriate amount due.
